WJLX’s Football Media Days will air on Thursday and Friday, July 14-15 live from the Pie Factory in downtown Jasper beginning at 11 a.m.
Nine Wal-Win area schools will participate in the live portion of Media Days, with Cordova and Addison’s segments pre-recorded and presented on the opening two time slots Thursday.
Below is a list of guidelines for coaches, players, administrators and fans that will ensure a wonderful experience for our student-athletes.
1. Due to spatial limitations, only invited media members, coaches and their players, and school administrators will be allowed in the interview area. There will be a side area outside for individual interviews at the discretion of the head coach and/or principal of the team. Media Days will be broadcast live on WJLX, YouTube, FaceBook, Twitter and the OTM Network, so there are ample opportunities to view the event for fans.
2. For the main broadcast, only the head coach and two players are allowed to take part in the presentation, however any other players present will be included in the side area interviews.
3. Coaches and administrators, please forward the names of your two players to be featured on the main broadcast segment as soon as possible to [email protected] or by messaging our Facebook or Twitter pages.
