Dora head coach Taylor Keeton’s first North Super Section tournament with the program proved to be a great success, with four of his wrestlers qualifying for the Class 1-4A AHSAA State Tournament and three winning individual championships and top seeds.
Jayden Rouse (113 lbs.), Delvin Taylor (160 lbs.) and Jonathan Foster (170 lbs.) each earned championship medals after going undefeated throughout the tournament and will be the North’s top seed beginning on Thursday at the Von Braun Civic Center in Huntsville. Damon Clayton (126 lbs.) joins the trio as the North’s 2nd seed, finishing the tournament with a 3-1 record.
