The final week of the 2021 prep football season saw plenty of good action, as well as a host of great performances from players across the area.

The Jasper offensive line was in top form in Vikings’ 41-14 victory over Bessemer City, with senior lineman Luke Skelton drawing praise from the coaching staff in the win — helping his teammates amass equally impressive passing and rushing yards.

Carbon Hill’s Devon Daniel put the wraps on a stellar campaign in the Bulldogs’ 42-0 shutout of Brilliant, as he rushed for 361 yards and three touchdowns.

Both are selected as the Southeast Hospice/WJLX 101.5/Kustom Trophy Players of the Week and will receive plaques to honor their performances.
