Four teams in the Wal-Win area have been ranked in the AL.com preseason rankings, with an additional two programs listed as teams to watch.
Annual powerhouse Addison is the top-ranked team in Class 2A, while former state champion Jasper is sixth in Class 6A. The Curry Yellow Jackets are fifth in Class 4A and the Meek Tigers round-out the list at eighth in Class 1A.
The Carbon Hill Bulldogs were listed as a team to watch in Class 3A, along with the Winston County Yellow Jackets in Class 2A.
