Daisy E. Chapman, 75, of Jasper, passed away Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021, at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

Visitation for the public will be held Friday, March 5, 2021, from 4 until 6 p.m. at Southside Funeral Home, with private family viewing to follow at 6 p.m.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Gay Reed Cemetery in Jasper.
