Jasper’s Dalton Dockins and Oakman’s Kaedyn Marchbanks both had stellar performances in their respective teams’ victories on Friday night.
Dockins, the Vikings’ center and leader of the offensive line, helped pave the way for Jasper to total 451 rushing yards for the contest and 561 yards overall against Mortimer Jordan.
Marchbanks has proven to be a viable rushing threat for the Wildcats this season, with Friday night’s effort in a key region victory over Vinemont being no exception as he rushed for 220 yards on 14 carries with three touchdowns.
Both have been selected as the Southeast Hospice/WJLX 101.5/Kustom Trophy Player of the Week and will be presented with plaques to honor their performances.
